Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience and a true passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for both front and back of house
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and a memorable guest experience
- Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Monitor food quality and plate presentation to brand standards
- Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively
- Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching
- Order and manage inventory for food and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Control operational costs and reduce waste
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports
- Promote the restaurant within the local community through events and engagement
- Train and develop new and existing employees according to Pür & Simple standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
- Available for early mornings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to Mississauga location (L5N 8J4)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
