Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in a vibrant café environment. The ideal candidate will have a love for bubble tea, smoothies, bowls and customer service, with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation surfaces, equipment, and dining areas to comply with food safety regulations.
- Assist in food preparation and serving as needed while adhering to food handling guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while demonstrating basic math skills for cash handling.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.




- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work setting and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or coffee experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and food service operations is advantageous.
- Experience in cashiering and cash handling is essential.
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate order processing and cash management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in retail math or the food industry is a plus.
