Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Outstanding Service: Warmly welcome guests, seat them efficiently, and ensure a smooth, memorable dining experience from start to finish.
- Master the Menu: Clearly explain our menu items, highlight seasonal LTOs, and offer recommendations (including fresh orange juice and specialty coffees/Nespresso drinks).
- Order Accuracy & POS: Take orders accurately using our Point of Sale system and communicate any dietary needs or allergies to the kitchen team.
- Multitask in a Fast-Paced Environment: Serve food and beverages promptly while keeping an eye on table turnover during busy weekend morning rushes.




- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep dining areas, serving stations, and side-work areas spotless, organized, and fully stocked.
- Team First: Assist teammates with running food, busing tables, and resetting seating areas to keep the floor running seamlessly.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Previous serving or food service experience preferred (breakfast/brunch experience is a strong plus).
- Availability: Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a outgoing, positive, and friendly attitude.
- Pace & Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays efficiently for the duration of a shift in a fast-paced setting.
