Overview

Brandt is currently seeking a Bilingual Parts Person for our Moncton Value Parts and Pre-Delivery Inspection location.

The Parts Person is responsible for finding and cataloging dismantled units, as well as aiding our Service and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) teams in finding necessary parts, offering pricing information, and processing online parts orders. The position entails executing parts inventory duties that strengthen our Parts Business by supporting our Warehouse & Service operations. This role reports to the Parts Manager, working collaboratively to deliver optimal outcomes for customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT LIMITED TO:

The individual should be a team player willing to take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

- Handling incoming parts calls and acting in a sales capacity
- Supporting and selling BVP parts to local branches
- Shipping and receiving
- Inventory management and maintaining warehouse organization
- Ideally bilingual, which would help us to improve support to the Quebec branches
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

- Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Robust problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in operating a computer and utilizing software such as Excel to input and manage data effectively.

Required Experience

- Previous experience in the parts industry preferred.
- Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills.
