Job Type:
Part-Time (Casual)
Class Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Kumon Assistant to support our students teaching during class sessions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is detail-oriented, and has strong English and Math skills.

Responsibilities:

- Guide and support students through their worksheets and learning materials
- Grade classwork and assignments accurately
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Monitor student progress and update records accordingly
- Provide individual support to students when needed
- Record oral reading scores and ensure student completion of corrections
- Communicate with parents regarding placement tests, goals, and study plans




- Support with administrative tasks (emails, reporting, scheduling)
- Help maintain a clean and qualified classroom environment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

- Strong English and Math skills (Secondary school level required)
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic
- Customer service-oriented and professional demeanor
