Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist in food presentation to ensure dishes are visually appealing and meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including kitchen equipment and utensils




- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and ensure guest safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery times

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly required
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands multitasking and teamwork
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations beneficial
