Qualifications

- Experience in retirement living is an asset.




- Building Environmental Systems diploma or equivalent approved related experience.
- Minimum 3 years management experience in long-term care or retirement homes

(preferred).

- Knowledge/training/experience with HVAC, building management systems, electrical

distribution, fire alarm/sprinkler systems, generators, and resident call systems.

- Computer skills including Excel/Word/Outlook.
- Ability to read/write English and communicate instructions.
- Empathy for seniors; robust communication with residents and families.
- Demonstrated experience managing a budget
