1. OTC/ Special Projects:
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive customer service across various communication channels, including in-person, email, and phone, to ensure a positive and responsive interaction with clients.
- Manage front counter operations and walk-in clientele, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Coordinate small projects with budgets up to $100,000, handling tasks from pricing and tendering to order fulfillment, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Advise customers based on their specifications, industry codes, and product designs, enhancing their purchasing experience and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Address and resolve customer and order-related issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and navigate obstacles to provide timely solutions.
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis post-tender to assess market positioning and identify opportunities to increase our competitiveness and market share.
- Maintain diligent documentation of support requests, contractor interactions, and purchase orders, and support the warehouse team as needed.
- Keep abreast of market trends, product portfolio updates, and customer feedback to continuously improve knowledge and service delivery.
- Uphold safety standards by adhering to policies and reporting unsafe practices or conditions.
- Commit to exceptional service levels for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless support experience.
Your Experience:
- Minimum education requirement would be a diploma/ degree in construction management OR Architectural engineering - CMT/AET program.
- Project management or technical/ construction project coordination experience in Canada would be preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related field, with experience in Division 8/10 is considered an asset.

2. Project Coordinator:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate various steps and functions of the project from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
- Prepare and analyze construction project estimates, shop drawings, and schedules using architectural drawings and hardware detailing per specifications.
- Manage logistics of moving goods from vendor to customer and oversee material and quantity take-offs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with project managers, site superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and coordination.
- Create, process, and manage project documentation, change orders, technical drawings, and progress claims.
- Liaise with departments like procurement, manufacturing, and installation to ensure timely delivery and project feasibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and maintain product and project-related communications.
- Draft or revise shop drawings as needed, utilizing CAD software and company databases.
- Monitor progress against construction schedules and update project stakeholders as necessary.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, identifying and reporting unsafe work practices or conditions.
Your Experience:
- Diploma in Construction Technology, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- 2 years of construction project coordination experience would be an asset.
- Proven understanding of project work and industry requirements including Divisions 8 and 10 scopes of work.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.

3. Project Manager:
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for both major and minor projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and installation of materials, meeting customer specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures,
ensuring quality and efficiency in project delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing project concerns, handling change orders, and troubleshooting issues.
- Adhere to and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites.
- Assist in expanding the customer base by identifying current business opportunities and building a strong professional network.
- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
- Answer calls and handle walk-in traffic efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate responses and quotes using standard pricing policies, estimating, and quoting processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting products and services that align with customer plans and budgets, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
- Take a proactive and professional approach to troubleshooting, maintaining strong organizational abilities to manage diverse projects effectively.
- Understand and interpret customer needs from architectural specifications, drawings, and plans to ensure product recommendations and solutions comply with required building codes and legislative bodies.
Your Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Construction Technology, Architectural Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project coordination and management.
- Strong understanding of Divisions 8, 28, and 10 scopes of work, including doors, frames, hardware, and access control systems.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ERP systems).
- Certifications such as PMP, AHC, or DHI are an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
