Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician or a candidate with a nursing background to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail and foot care services and treatments for our patients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience through your expertise in esthetics and customer service.
Duties
- Perform a variety of foot care treatments, including removal of calluses, corns, shaping/filing of nails or treating patients with conditions such as nail fungus or ingrown toenails.
- Applying our vitamin-enhanced polish as requested.
- Offer nail restoration for our patients with Kery Flex or Polygel.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Clean and sterilize medical tools as required.
- Provide excellent guest services by welcoming clients,
addressing their needs, and ensuring their comfort during treatments.
- Collaborate with team members to address the patients concerns, and diagnose medical conditions related to their feet.
Skills
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in nail and foot care.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards effectively.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Experience in nail care or a working in a medical office preferred. Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
