Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in restaurant, catering, or hotel settings preferred. Duties

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up stations for service
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean work environment by cleaning surfaces, floors, and storage areas
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service hours
- Assist with basic food handling and presentation to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Support catering events or banquet setups as needed




- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required
- Basic culinary skills such as cooking or food preparation are advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Experience with bussing, cleaning, or general kitchen operations is a plus
