The Adelaide Club is looking for a high-energy HYROX Studio Supervisor & Trainer to launch and grow an exciting new HYROX program. This role blends coaching, program development and community building to attract new members and engage current members.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver HYROX programming for all levels
- Lead some group classes
- Plan and execute a solid program launch (intro sessions, events, trials)
- Build an engaged HYROX community within the club
- Collaborate on marketing and outreach to attract new members
- Manage scheduling and overall program structure

Who You Are

- Passionate about HYROX and performance training
- High-energy, motivating, and people-focused
- Experienced in coaching group training and program design
- Confident working with all fitness levels
- Entrepreneurial and excited to build a program from the ground up
- Lead marketing and promotion strategies including social media and community engagement

Qualifications





- HYROX experience preferred
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor
- Strong background in strength & conditioning and endurance training

- Increased new memberships and member engagement
- Strong launch on September 1st and growing class attendance
- A thriving HYROX community at Adelaide Club, combining classes and events

Approximate Working Hours

July / August – 25-30 hours total to:

- Create schedule
- Lead on marketing Creative with internal Adelaide team
- Create marketing strategy, including social media, events and member engagement with internal Adelaide team

Ongoing:

- 5-8 hours / week for admin, promotion, marketing and events
- Leading between 4-6 classes per week in the Adelaide Hyrox gym
