Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Labourer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This role involves working on various landscaping projects, assisting with construction and maintenance tasks, and supporting the overall aesthetic and health of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and outdoor work, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks
- Support excavation activities using equipment such as excavators when necessary
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes
- Perform gardening duties including planting, pruning, and soil preparation
- Conduct general construction tasks related to landscape projects, such as building retaining walls or pathways
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to ensure safety and efficiency




- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic mechanical maintenance as needed

Qualifications

- Prior experience with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Experience operating excavators or other construction machinery is a plus
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and general landscape construction is desirable
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
