Job description:

We are hiring a Remote Customer Experience Sales Specialist to provide primarily phone-based customer support and appointment setting, with some chat and email support as needed. This role is ideal for customer service professionals who are comfortable handling a high volume of calls and delivering clear, professional support.

What You’ll Do

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Provide accurate information, schedule appointments, and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Respond to some customer inquiries via chat and email
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Work closely with team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (phone-based experience preferred)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (required)
- Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
- Experience using Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan
- Ability to work shift times between 10:00 AM EST - 10:00 PM EST (7:00 AM PST - 7:00 PM PST)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills




- Comfortable navigating multiple software systems during live calls
- Reliable high-speed wired (ethernet) internet connection
- Laptop or desktop computer in valuable working condition

Note: Internet speed tests and device specification reports will be requested during later stages of the application process.

Nice-to-Have Software Experience

Experience with the following tools is considered an asset but is not required. Training will be provided:

- Slack
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- TalkDesk
- Service Fusion
- Go High Level

- Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
