Title: Skilled Laborer (Construction)

Payrate: $20

Location: GTA

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Emergency Services Technicians to join our emergency response team. Successful candidates will assist with emergency mitigation services following water damage, fire damage, mould remediation, storm events, and other property emergencies at commercial, institutional, healthcare, and residential properties.

This is a physically demanding role that requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to respond to emergency situations, including evenings, weekends, and after-hours when required.

Primary Responsibilities

- Perform emergency mitigation and restoration services.

- Water extraction and structural drying support.

- Content manipulation, protection, and relocation.

- Demolition of damaged building materials as directed.

- Set up containments using poly and zip walls.

- Load, unload, and transport restoration equipment and materials.

- General site cleaning and debris removal.

- Assist with mould remediation projects.

- Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE.





- Complete daily work as directed by the Site Supervisor.

- Maintain a skilled appearance and positive attitude on client sites.

Qualifications

- Previous construction, restoration, demolition, or general labour experience preferred.

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.

- Reliable transportation is considered an asset.

- Valid driver's licence is an asset.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay starts at $20.00 temp to permanent

$20 rate is temp, rate will change if become permanent.
