We are looking to expand our Litigation team with an individual who shares our values, as well as our passion for providing quality legal services, and expert advice and advocacy in a variety of areas of the law, that is generally plaintiff oriented.

This position requires a well-organized candidate that:

- is a member of good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.

- possesses at least 2 years of relevant experience.

- has excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- is extremely detail oriented.

- has sound judgement.

- can run and organize their caseload from beginning to end, with little oversight.

- has robust analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- has strong business acumen, with verbal negotiation, interpersonal, and drafting skills.

- is self-motivated.

- can communicate with clients about updates before, during, and after receiving a file.

- can work independently and as part of a team.





- has a passion for litigation.

While this position is available to start immediately, we are flexible on a start date.

Compensation: $68,000 - $100,000.*

- The starting salary for this position is determined through experience and internal equity. Base salary may be up to a maximum of $100,000, which is obtainable through annual performance increases; however, we will also consider an additional bonus structure for appropriate candidates.
