ABOUT THE ROLE
We need a dedicated Concrete Labourer to support our residential and commercial projects. You will be a key team member responsible for the site preparation, formwork and support so our finishers and operators can do excellent work.
Your primary duties include:
- Site preparation & excavation: Help prepare sites, dig and prep ground, place rebar and compact base material to exact project specs.
- Formwork & concrete support: Help set, align and secure concrete forms. Help with active pours and level/smooth concrete as directed.
- Site organization & tool ownership: Keep job sites safe, clean and organized. Clean, store and properly maintain tools and equipment.
- Material logistics: Load, unload and move materials, tools and supplies across the site.
- Safety & teamwork: Actively keep sites protected, following company policies and collaborating with crew leads to keep projects moving smoothly.
ABOUT YOU

- Reliability is everything: You are punctual, dependable and show up ready to work every day.
You understand that when one person is late, the entire crew is held up.
- Concrete experience: Previous experience in concrete work or construction is required. Experience operating light equipment (e.g., skid steer) is an asset.
- Physical capability: You are physically fit and can lift up to 50 lbs, performing continuous bending, lifting and standing, and working outdoors in all Alberta weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic: You follow directions accurately, proactively identify tasks during downtime and pay attention to detail.
- Safety minded: You prioritize safety for yourself and your crewmates at all times. First Aid certification is a strong asset.
Schedule & Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday (approx. 8-hour shifts) with frequent overtime and some weekend work as required by project timelines.
- Compensation: Hourly wage plus overtime pay.

- Requirements: Must be able to reliably commute to job sites in the Edmonton area. Valid Driver’s Licence is required.
Job Types: Full time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
