Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our agile team. In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, maintenance, and site operations. Your energy and enthusiasm will help ensure projects progress smoothly and safely. Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, and performing basic tasks as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas to promote safety and efficiency throughout the site
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing appropriate protective gear at all times
- Help with site cleanup at the end of shifts,



ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any damages or issues immediately

Experience

- Previous experience in general labour or construction is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and efficiency
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction sites
- Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality habits
