We are seeking an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join a Montreal retailer!

This person will develop, execute, and optimize customer communication campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and sales.
Responsibilities:

- Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Develop audience segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with Creative, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance.
- Manage automated customer journeys, including cart abandonment and post-purchase flows.
- Ensure compliance with CASL and GDPR regulations.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Listrak, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, automation, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
