Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our customer base within the custom plastic parts industry. This position supports our Injection Moulding division. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across custom manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding and track record in B2B sales within manufacturing.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Strategy & Growth

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities to grow our company
- Find new clientele
- Analyze market trends and activities
- Build and maintain strong employees, and outside customer relationships
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and agreements
- Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability

Technical Sales & Product Knowledge

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
- Proposals and solutions to all customer concerns




- Provide guidance on material selection and design

Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Coach, develop and lead sales team
- Work closely with multiple sectors such as operations, engineering and customer service teams

Reporting & Forecasting

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting
- Track and manage KPIs
- Provide regular reports for senior leadership
- Other tasks as required

Qualifications

- 5+ years’ experience in sales
- Preference for those who have plastic injection experience
- Experience with windows and doors is an asset
- Must be able to travel, and have a vehicle
- Must be comfortable with cold calling
