Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitization.
- Utilize all provided cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, fixtures, and furniture to uphold a professional environment.




- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage, particularly during late evening hours up to 11:00 PM.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to work 30 hours per week with an immediate start date as soon as next week.
- Friendly demeanor with a strong service-oriented attitude, paired with a eager can-do and want-to-learn mindset.
- Reliable vehicle preferred due to some shifts ending as late as 11:00 PM.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team setting.
- Valuable physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
