This is a performance-driven, commission-forward sales position within a fast-growing boutique fitness studio.

What You’ll Own

You will play a direct role in studio revenue growth and membership expansion.

- Converting leads into long-term memberships
- Conducting professional, high-energy studio tours and consultations
- Maintaining consistent and strategic follow-up with warm and cold leads
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Driving private training and retail revenue
- Tracking performance metrics and adjusting outreach accordingly
- Executing our defined sales process with consistency and discipline

This role requires proactive outreach, structured follow-up, and confidence in guiding prospects toward a decision. Success comes from strong sales ability and the discipline to follow a proven sales system.

Compensation + Perks

$18/hour base + uncapped commission on:
