NVIT anticipates the need for Term Instructors to teach within the Indigenous Business Diploma Program and invites applications from qualified candidates. The provincial posting is intended to develop a Human Resources bank for IBUS Instructors for recent and upcoming course deliveries; course offerings are subject to sufficient student enrolment. Applicants should indicate which courses they are qualified for and interested in teaching.

- Be of Indigenous ancestry (First Nations, Métis, or Inuit);
- Possess a master’s degree in a related field;
- Have experience in classroom teaching and learning practices with Indigenous adult learners;
- Have strong connections and roots within Indigenous communities;
- Demonstrate excellent teaching and human relations skills — faculty members are expected to contribute positively to the life of the school and community; and
- Possess knowledge of Indigenous cultures.
