Responsibilities

- Deliver customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs and preferences
- Assess clients’ conditions and develop tailored treatment plans to optimize results
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in accordance with health regulations




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements

Skills

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients
- Clear and compassionate communication skills to explain treatments and address client questions
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a qualified demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
