Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and possesses a passion for sales and technology products.

This is a sales position, which we pay a base wage plus commission.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers clearly
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunitie
- Maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor to ensure an attractive shopping setting
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Keep organized records of sales transactions and inventory levels




- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed
- Support team members in achieving sales goals through effective communication and collaboration

Skill

- Experience in retail sales
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette
- Technical sales experience, especially with technology products, is a plus
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain features
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers and team members effectively
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a positive shopping experience

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
