Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming setting. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced food service setting, ensuring customers have a positive experience from order to completion. The position involves handling cash transactions, operating POS systems, and adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of teas and other beverages with precision and consistency
- Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately,



including managing cash register operations and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including coffee stations and dining spaces
- Follow food safety guidelines during food preparation and handling
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly

Operating hours & Availability:

- Ability to work variable hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Opening shifts start as early as 10:30am and closing shifts end as late as 12:30am

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
