Your Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in buying and selling residential real estate.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Conduct market analyses to determine property values.
- Educate clients on real estate processes and best practices.
- Maintain an active real estate license in good standing.
