Job Summary

We are excited to announce the opening of our new Italian restaurant in Stouffville, where we aim to deliver exceptional dining experiences through high-quality cuisine and outstanding service. We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experience.

Duties

- To serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to company standard
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking food, drink orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs for age verification.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Qualifications





- Knowledge of Italian food and beverages
- Previous experience in Fine Dining is a must
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS and Clover systems for efficient order processing mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting

Pay: $17.60 per hour
