Schedule Options

Full‑time (Monday–Friday)
For experienced detailers or fast learners who meet company standards during the trial period.

Part‑time to Full‑time (Weekends)
Starts part‑time with potential to move into full‑time based on experience, work quality, and reliability.

Flexibility Preferred
Applicants who can work some weekends or mix weekday/weekend shifts will be considered first.

Workload Expectations
Work is steady year‑round. Slow weeks can happen but are uncommon. Reliable workers get priority for hours.

About the Role

EK Luxury Detailing is expanding, and we are looking for skilled, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our team. We specialize in automotive detailing, fleet cleaning, and heavy‑equipment power washing. You will be responsible for detailing and restoring a wide range of vehicles and equipment, including:

- Cars, trucks, SUVs, vans
- Boats, RVs, trailers
- Semis, fleets, commercial vehicles
- Heavy machinery and equipment

This role requires robust attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow instructions. We maintain high standards and expect the same from our team.

Trial Period

All new hires will complete a 2‑week to 1‑month trial period (up to 3 months depending on experience).

- If you learn quickly, work hard, and produce quality results, you will move into a permanent position.
- If you cannot follow instructions, maintain standards, or improve after training,



the position will not continue.

Responsibilities

- Perform full interior and exterior detailing
- Power wash vehicles, fleets, and heavy machinery
- Use professional tools, chemicals, and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines

Experience Required – Please Read Before Applying

We are only hiring experienced detailers at this time.
No beginners, no casual applicants, no time‑wasters.

Applicants selected for interviews will complete a hands‑on skills and knowledge test, including:

- Cutting compounds & proper correction technique
- Polishing and machine control
- Wax removal, prep, and finishing
- Product knowledge and workflow efficiency

If you cannot demonstrate real experience, you will not move forward.

Requirements

- Experience in detailing or power washing required
- Must be experienced with cutting compounds, polishing, and proper wax removal
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Physically capable of labor‑intensive tasks
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
