Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Drywall Crew Supervisor to oversee boarding crew and taping crews across multiple residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to manage crews, schedules, quality control, and communication with the office.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily work for all crews.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements
- Complete daily site checks and progress reporting
- Communicate with office staff, builders, and homeowners as needed
- Resolve on‑site issues and keep projects running smoothly
- Verify materials, deliveries, and job readiness
- Maintain clean, protected, and professional job sites

Skills





- 2+ years drywall boarding/taping or site‑supervision experience
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial drywall processes
- Ability to lead crews and manage multiple job sites
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
