Section is a 35-seat farmer-driven restaurant serving elevated comfort food built on real technique — smoke, cure, fermentation, and a deep respect for the products we source. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking dishwasher to keep our kitchen running clean and sharp. This is the backbone of the operation, and we treat it that way.

What you'll do

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment quickly and to a high standard
- Keep the dish pit, dish machine, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
- Handle pots, pans, and cooking equipment for the line, returning them fast during the rush
- Take out garbage, manage recycling and organics, and help with end-of-night deep cleaning
- Assist the kitchen team with basic prep and stocking when needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

What we're looking for

- A strong work ethic and a sense of urgency — you keep up when it gets busy




- Reliability and punctuality; the kitchen depends on you showing up
- The ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to ~50 lbs
- A clean, organized approach and pride in doing the job right
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior kitchen or dish experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
