We are looking for an experienced and dependable Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and manage sub-trades on-site across projects in Ontario. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction experience, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to read and interpret blueprints to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily on-site construction operations

- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and sub-trades

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

- Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements

- Monitor site progress and resolve construction-related issues

- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation

- Communicate effectively with project managers,



contractors, and clients

- Ensure compliance with Ontario health & safety regulations

- Manage manpower, materials, and workflow on-site

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction/site supervision

- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Proven experience supervising sub-trades on-site

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of Ontario construction and safety standards

- Ability to work independently and in a quick-paced environment
