Responsibilities
- Assist customers with furniture selection.
- Explain products, prices, financing and delivery options.
- Follow up with showroom visitors and online inquiries.
- Handle customer objections and confidently close sales.
- Meet individual and store sales targets.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram and TikTok inquiries.
- Create short videos featuring promotions, new arrivals and showroom products.
- Post social media content and convert online leads into showroom visits.
- Maintain qualified customer service before and after each sale.
Requirements
- Proven retail sales and customer-closing experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking and appearing in promotional videos.
- Experience using Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Basic video-editing skills using Canva, CapCut or similar apps.
- Professional, organized and target-focused.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Furniture sales experience is preferred.
