Duties

Perform the inside sales process start to finish.

Take requests via the sales counter, phone and email.

Source products through our stock or vendors.

Quote customers using computer tiered pricing or non-stock mark-up templates.

Receive PO’s and process orders, send to purchasing when applicable.

Work and communicate with key accounts regarding delivery expectations, PO acknowledgements, requests and issues.

Source recent product requests for our Service Department.

Follow up on open orders and quotes.

Update CRM contact information for customers.

Requirements





- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Technical aptitude with an understanding of solutions and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
