Clean Victoria Cleaning Services Ltd. is looking for a motivated Cleaning Team Lead to help lead and support our growing cleaning team in Greater Victoria.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $25-$30/hour Starting wage, depending on experience, leadership ability, and responsibilities.

- Training wage: $22-25/hour (First 1-4 weeks depending on experience & performance)

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibility over time.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Team Lead, you will:

- Complete residential, deep cleaning, move-out, short-term rental, and commercial cleaning services
- Lead by example and maintain high cleaning standards
- Support and coach newer team members
- Assist with training and onboarding new cleaners




- Perform quality checks and provide feedback
- Help solve day-to-day challenges in the field
- Communicate with clients professionally when needed
- Report updates and concerns to management
- Help improve cleaning systems and processes

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will still be actively cleaning while helping the team succeed.

Leadership experience is an asset, but we are also interested in experienced cleaners who are ready to step into their first leadership role.

Schedule

- Full-time preferred
- Day shifts only (typically between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM)
- Weekday and occasional weekend availability
- Approximately 30–40 hours/week depending on business needs

Because we serve residential clients, move-out cleans, and short-term rental properties, occasional schedule adjustments may happen due to client requests or unexpected changes.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently and support team members
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility in the field
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence preferred/required depending on position
- Reliable transportation to job locations




- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Able to travel throughout Greater Victoria

Previous experience training, mentoring, or leading other cleaners is an asset, but we are also open to experienced cleaners ready to take the next step into leadership.
