Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will serve customers, make sales using the POS system, pick golf balls, general facility cleaning including leaf blowing, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and similar cleaning duties. Open availability on Saturday and Sunday is a must. Shifts will be approximately 6 hours each, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them with product information.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit payments
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and inventory management




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customers and keep the pro shop and tee line tidy.

Experience

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Golf experience is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
