Landscaper - Residential & Commercial Properties

Position Overview

ACCU-STAFF is seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of residential and commercial properties throughout the Windsor-Essex area. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and have experience in landscape maintenance, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal clean-ups
- Maintain the overall appearance of residential and commercial properties
- Keep parking lots, walkways, and outdoor common areas clean, safe, and well maintained
- Remove litter, debris, and other waste from exterior areas
- Plant, prune, and maintain shrubs, hedges, flower beds, and landscaped gardens
- Conduct regular inspections of property grounds and report any maintenance concerns
- Monitor landscaping supplies and notify management when equipment or materials need replenishing
- Follow all health and safety procedures while ensuring outdoor areas remain clean, attractive, and welcoming

Qualifications

- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is required
- Experience operating landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, string trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces




- Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple properties efficiently
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends, as required
