Position Summary

We are looking for an organized and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities. The successful candidate will lead the production team, maintain a safe working environment, monitor product quality, and ensure production goals are completed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support production employees during daily operations.
- Assign work and communicate production targets to the team.
- Monitor production schedules, workflow, quality, and employee performance.
- Ensure production goals are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Train and coach new and existing employees.
- Ensure employees follow safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct shift-start meetings and communicate important updates.
- Monitor attendance and arrange coverage when required.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
- Investigate quality issues, production delays, equipment problems, and material shortages.
- Work closely with warehouse, inventory, quality, maintenance, and management teams.
- Complete production reports and maintain accurate records.
- Report workplace incidents,



near misses, hazards, and equipment damage.
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Support continuous improvement and waste-reduction activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College diploma in manufacturing, operations, business, or a related field is an asset.
- Two or more years of supervisory or team-lead experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with employees and management.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and production or inventory systems.
- Forklift or powered industrial vehicle certification is an asset.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform other physical tasks.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced production environment.
- Ability to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends when required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
