Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team. The Renovator will be responsible for various renovation tasks to enhance and upgrade residential or commercial properties.

Duties
- Perform tile laying, caulking, construction painting, welding, and heavy equipment operation as needed
- Execute tasks related to drywall installation, concrete forming, cabinet installation, power tool operation, and concrete finishing
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all renovation projects
- Collaborate with the renovation team to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Experience
- Proven experience in tile laying, caulking, construction painting, welding, heavy equipment operation, drywall installation, concrete forming, cabinet installation, power tool operation, and concrete finishing




- Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools used in renovation projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow renovation plans accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
