We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front Server at our new store in Richmond. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for the dessert and beverage industry, this might be the perfect prospect for you!

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in placing orders, offering recommendations, and addressing any inquiries they may have.




- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to our quality standards and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.

Requirements:

- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to work hard and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail, along with patience and a calm demeanor.
- Versatile working hours include weekdays and weekends.
- Having barista experience is a plus
