Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time, must be able to commit to full-time work, not suitable for summer work.

Salary: Starting wage $25.00/ hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

- Sorting, stacking, and organizing materials like lumber, scaffolding, and building supplies

Loading & Unloading:





- Manually moving heavy goods and assisting with loading/unloading delivery trucks and site cleanups

Yard Upkeep:

- Sweeping the yard, managing trashy, and ensuring safe traffic flow for vehicles
- Other tasks as necessary

Preferred Skills:

- Must have a driver's license for site cleanups and deliveries and provide a clean drivers abstract
- Yard and site experience considered an asset
