About the Role:
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a professional with a robust focus on business development to join our team. While site measurement is a key part of this role, the primary objective is to drive new business and build relationships within the design and property sectors. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and motivated to expand our client base through direct outreach and industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development efforts through targeted outreach, cold calling, and industry networking
- Identify and connect with key stakeholders such as Architects, Interior designers, Property managers, and Engineers.
- Organize and present engaging Lunch & Learn sessions to showcase our services and capabilities




- Conduct on-site building measurements using scanning tools and established protocols
- Process field data and assist in the preparation of as-built drawing documentation
- Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering excellent client experiences both on-site and in meetings

Requirements:

- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a sales-driven mindset
- Experience in business development, client relations, or sales (ideally in the AEC or design industries)
- Interest or background in architecture, design, or drafting is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits and client outreach

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
