Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves preparing ingredients and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a experience in food preparation, dishwashing, excellent kitchen skills, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Stock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy hours




- Adhere to health regulations and safety guidelines in all aspects of food handling and preparation
- Keep a clean and organized dishwash area

Skills

- Proven experience in serving, food preparation within a restaurant or food service setting is an asset
- Solid knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices in meal preparation
- Ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
