Job Overview
We are seeking skilled tradespeople with modular experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing a broad range of trade skills to deliver top-tier modular solutions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to innovative building environments that meet client needs efficiently and safely.

Duties

- Perform construction, installation, maintenance, repairs, and renovations on modular buildings in the yard and at customer sites.
- Complete work in accordance with project drawings, specifications, building codes, and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems and components as required.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Foremen, Service Technicians, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure successful project completion.
- Participate in the installation, setting, joining, commissioning, relocation, and demobilization of modular buildings.




- Identify deficiencies and complete corrective work in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and organized work workplace while following all company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Complete daily documentation, including timesheets, service reports, inspections, and deficiency reports.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist in mentoring apprentices and supporting the development of less experienced team members.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout Alberta and Western Canada as required

Qualifications

- Valid Journeyperson Certificate in a recognized trade (Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, HVAC/Refrigeration, Gas Fitter, or equivalent)
- Experience in Modular Construction
- Strong Knowledge of construction best practices, building systems, and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Identify deficiencies and complete corrective work in a timely and professional manner.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- First Aid, CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection, and other safety tickets are assets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel and work at remote project sites as required
