We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our dealership.

Position Summary

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist various departments as needed




- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages

Qualifications

- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have valid drivers license with clean abstract
