We are seeking a driven Sales & Leasing Representative to join our team at Michael Boyer Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Ltd. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers, as well as becoming an in-depth product specialist.

Responsibilities:

- Continuously stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends.
- Be motivated to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure delivery standards in every transaction to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Utilize computer systems, CRM software, and digital tools to streamline sales processes.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues,



and management to address inquiries and maintain smooth interactions.

Qualifications:

- Valid OMVIC Certificate required.
- Minimum of 2 years' automotive sales experience.
- Previous GM sales experience is considered an asset.
- Desire to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to embrace a rapid-paced work environment.
- Strong interpersonal and charismatic personality.
- A team player and an active listener.
- Highly professional and respectful demeanour.

Pay: $45,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
