Focus on enhancing Season Seat Holder experiences through proactive service in Edmonton's vibrant ICE District. As the Account Coordinator for Season Seat Services, you'll report to the Manager and act as a brand ambassador for the Edmonton Oilers.

This role emphasizes maintaining over 1,000 Season Seat accounts, executing a strategic touchpoint plan, and responding to customer inquiries. Your passion for sports will shine as you assist with ticketing and enhance guest experiences on game days. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain relationships with Season Seat holders
- Execute a touchpoint plan for customer satisfaction
- Resolve ticketing issues and enhance service standards
- Organize Season Seat Holder events and operations
- Create detailed financial statements for accounts Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
- 1-3 years in customer service or hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with TM Archtics preferred
