We're Hiring: Account Manager | Healthcare Communications

Location: Hybrid (Montreal) or Remote within Canada

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for healthcare marketing and client service? We're partnering with an innovative healthcare communications agency that's looking for someone to lead projects, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful work that helps improve healthcare outcomes.

In this role, you will:

- Lead integrated marketing projects from kickoff to delivery
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications
- Develop project timelines, scopes, budgets, and estimates
- Partner with creative, strategy, medical, and production teams
- Guide projects through medical, legal, regulatory, and PAAB review processes
- Mentor Account Coordinators and contribute to team success
- Participate in strategic planning, brainstorming, and recent business initiatives





We're looking for someone with:

- 3+ years of account management or client service experience (healthcare/pharma agency experience strongly preferred)
- PAAB and/or ASC experience
- Experience managing multiple integrated marketing projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of budgets, estimates, and scope management
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience supporting both HCP and DTC campaigns
- Familiarity with AI or modern workflow tools that improve efficiency
