We are seeking dynamic and caring After School Care Assistants to join our team in our various after school care programs. Our team is dedicated to supporting children’s growth and development during their time in our facilities. In this role, you will help create a protected, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can thrive socially and emotionally.

Duties
- Supervise children during after school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Organize engaging recreational activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and creativity
- Support children in following routines, rules, and classroom expectations in a positive manner
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress and behavior
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play
- Collaborate with team members to plan activities that align with developmental goals and curriculum standards
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred but training is also provided
- Knowledge of child development and Childcare Licensing is an asset
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with children, parents, and team members
- Enthusiasm for fostering a supportive environment that encourages curiosity and growth
