- Experience monitoring platform performance, usage analytics, and adoption metrics.

- Familiarity with

- Experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Python, Bash, or similar).

- Solid troubleshooting and operational support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Generative AI platforms, LLM operations (LLMOps), or AI platform engineering.

- Knowledge of MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

- Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure) are a plus.

- Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise AI security frameworks.
