We require salespersons who have experience with Airsoft and/or Paintball products.

The Tactical Salesperson must be skilled at providing customer assistance in the purchase of various products in our Tactical Department (Paintball, Airsoft, Swords, Knives, Bows, Airguns, Tactical Vests, etc.). The ideal candidate is a positive, organized, outgoing person, who enjoys playing airsoft.

The successful candidate will provide a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Duties and responsibilities of a Tactical Salesperson will include providing excellence in customer service, maintaining an organized and clean department, merchandising inventory such as creating displays, safely handling weapons, and keeping records of cash and credit card transactions.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Keeping stock/shelves organized. Pricing stock and putting stock away.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, department.
- Creating displays and stocking shelves.
- Providing customer assistance
- Checking and recording Identification for purchases of weapons
- Serving as a cashier

Requirements:




- Played airsoft previously on multiple occasions
- Experience safely handling weapons
- Knowledge of airsoft (Knowledge of paintball is also helpful)
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Strong communication skills
- Basic PC Knowledge
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Criminal Background Check required once hired

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60 per hour
